Transistor Sandwich

Cybell the Seer

Inspired by a somewhat eerie bell loop from Looperman artist Ov3rdos3, this upbeat tune morphs into a more cheerful energy before giving way to the chilliness again.

Here’s a Christmassy tune perfect for your holiday video projects. A moderate tempo modern rhythm under sparkling bell synths and sleigh bells, occasionally sprinkled with twinkling piano and steam pops.

In The Now

Here’s a nice laid-back track incorporating some loops from Cymatics, featuring melodies performed on the Korg i3 and VK-1 Viking Synth VST.

Shchedryk’s Choir of the Bells

Here’s another winter holiday-themed tune built upon a delightful bells loop by Looperman artist Minor2Go from Germany, and featuring drum loops from Marcco500 and Aplesos6.

Return of the Arp

This song grew out of a couple of loops from Looperman.com after a search for “beatbox” loops. The actual beatbox ended up in the background, but an arpeggiator of bells came up in that search too, and it made the song.

Poking the Machine

It all started out with a drum pattern captured from the vintage Korg i3 synth and played by GarageBand on the Mac. From there I built it up with a percolating bass line, twinkling arpeggiator strikes and a catchy little melody you’ll be whistling all day long.

The Seventh String

Ever rub your finger lightly along the rim of a glass? That musical tone becomes the basis of this tunes lead arpeggiator, a swirling loop of rising and falling tones sprinkled with light bells and supported by a perky bass. Special thanks to Greg for inspiring the key signature and title!
